The details behind “private”
No account or app-owned inference server. Audio and transcription stay on your iPhone. If you enable Ollama, transcript text goes to your selected server for summaries and answers. On-device summaries require a supported iPhone with Apple Intelligence enabled. Generated notes can make mistakes; check important details against the source. Source links and audio fingerprints help you trace a record, but do not prove an answer is correct.
